Baking is a passion of mine. Whenever I plan to bake, I usually like to involve my daughter who has now inherited her mother’s fondness for whipping up delicious goodies in the kitchen.
I will always see her pulling up her special shabby chic stool right next to me, excitement in her eyes.
“What are you making, mommy?”
“Can I help?”
“I Want to lick the spoon!”

I cherish these moments together in the kitchen. It’s what I use to do with my mom and grandmother, and now I share these moments with my daughter — priceless!

One of the toys that my daughter has grown a fondness for is her new Lalaloopsy Girl, Pix E Flutters.
So you can imagine her enthusiasm when she came home to her very own Lalaloopsy™ Baking Oven!

The new Lalaloopsy™ Baking Oven, is a real working oven that lets your little baker bake “sew” many sweets, including cookies, mini-cakes, and treats in minutes!
When it’s not being used to bake goodies, the oven is perfect for imaginative play with your favourite Lalaloopsy™ dolls.

My daughter loved that she had her own real working oven and especially the cute little heart-shaped measuring spoons (just like mommy’s!).

The oven is safe to use for little ones (4 and up) with the back getting just a little warm.
Simply follow instructions with the baked goods onto the appropriate pan and then push in using the pan-pusher.
Okay so I may have just been a little too excited as I pushed the pan in a little too far and had to re-insert. Just be careful and follow instructions carefully — it’s pretty straight-forward and easy.

My daughter LOVED being in charge of her own baking and having her own little oven to call her own.
When she’s not using it for baking, she uses it when role-playing with friends or playing with her dolls!

I admit that when I was her age I wanted my own little oven but sadly never got it come my 6th birthday.
I wished and wished and begged until I finally received one when I was 7. Happiest day ever!
I am happy she loves it and encourages her to enjoy baking on top of being creative and imaginative.

The Lalaloopsy™ Baking Oven is available at all major retailers (You can find it at Walmart Canada here).
MSRP is $64.99.

9 Comments on Bake Up “Sew” Much Fun with Lalaloopsy Baking Oven {Review}

  1. Adorable. They need to make a baking oven for boys. I don’t think my son would mind a pink oven if it meant he could bake and eat cookies and cakes. 🙂

  2. How cute is this! I am sure my one niece will want one of these! I still remember my Easy Bake oven from when I was little!

  3. Awesome, Ava sure is going to have lots of fun with her new oven, I remember mine from when I was little and had so much fun with it!!
