Stock up on Bisquick if you haven’t already.
Okay, so here’s what you need:
- 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed or fresh broccoli (is even better)
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bisquik biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 dash pepper
1) Thaw broccoli crowns in a 9″ pie plate, layer with onions and then cheese.
